Connected apps
An app won't connect, still shows as disconnected, or a bot can't use it.
"Connected apps need Flux Router"
Connected apps need either Flux Router or your own connected-apps key. Connect Flux Router, or paste your key in Settings → Tools & Connections → Connected apps key.
The sign-in finished but the app still looks disconnected
- Come back to Murage after your browser confirms the sign-in.
- In Connected apps, choose Refresh connection status.
- Check Your connections for the account and its label.
If your browser blocked the sign-in page, Murage says so. Choose Continue to open it again.
The account is connected but the bot can't use it
- Start a new task after connecting, so the bot's engine gets the new tools.
- Check the bot's engine supports connected apps. Plain OpenAI-compatible endpoints don't use tools.
- Name the app and the account in your request, for example "using my work Gmail".
- Check Bot settings → Access. If Only allow the accounts and actions I choose is on, the bot can only use what you picked.
The service says it's temporarily unavailable
Check your internet connection and try again later. Don't disconnect and reconnect every account during an outage.
Only some apps load
If the catalog says it loaded only part of the list, try Retry or come back later. Your existing connections aren't affected.
