Flux Router and connected apps
Connect Gmail, Slack, Notion, GitHub and 1,500+ other apps through Flux Router or your own key.
Connected apps let your bots work inside the services you use, such as reading your mail, posting to Slack or updating Notion, instead of just talking about it.
What you need
Connected apps need one of these:
- Flux Router: connect Flux Router and 1,500+ apps come with it. See Turn on Flux Router.
- Your own connected-apps key: paste it in Settings → Tools & Connections → Connected apps key. The link beside the field opens the page where you create one.
Your bot's engine also has to support connected apps. Claude Code, Codex and Fuigo do.
Connect an app
- Open Connected apps from the sidebar.
- In Marketplace, search for the app, for example Gmail.
- Choose Connect.
- Give the account a label, such as
workorpersonal. - Finish signing in on the app's own page in your browser.
- Come back to Murage. The account appears under Your connections.
Each account needs its own one-time sign-in. Your sign-in details stay with the connection service; they never go into a bot's instructions.
More than one account
You can connect up to five accounts per app, for example two Gmail inboxes. Choose Add account and give each a clear label. When more than one account could do a job, name the one you mean, such as "from my work Gmail".
Limit what a bot can do with an app
Open Bot settings → Access. Under App access and approvals, choose Only allow the accounts and actions I choose to limit a bot to certain accounts and actions. Sending or changing data stays blocked unless you allow it.
These limits cover Murage's connected apps only. They don't restrict separate app logins, terminal tools or local files.
Approvals still apply
Connecting an app doesn't skip approvals. On Ask, the bot asks before using the app. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn't ask before connected-app tools. See Permissions and the stop line.
Disconnect
In Your connections, disconnect the account you no longer want. Other accounts for the same app stay connected.
