Is Murage good for freelancers and solopreneurs?
It was built for people with more work than hands. You get an AI Chief of Staff and specialist teams for sales, marketing, support and admin, on your own computer. The app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.
What does it cost a one-person business?
Murage is free. Your bots use the AI plan you already have, like Claude or ChatGPT. Connected apps like Gmail and voice use Flux Router credits or your own keys.
Will it email my clients without asking?
Not someone new. New bots start on Ask, so every action a bot tells Murage about waits for your yes. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about: shell commands and file edits. Replies in an existing conversation go ahead on Auto and Full access.
Where do I see what it did?
In Murage, in the thread the work came from, plus a count in the menu bar, while your computer is on. Message your Chief from Telegram and it replies there; approvals come to you with a tap.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to your Chief of Staff in plain words. The one technical moment is installing an engine like Claude Code: Murage opens a one-line command for you to paste, and you sign in once.
Does it work when my laptop is closed?
Not yet. Your team works while your computer is on and Murage is open. Always-on hosting is planned for Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.
I’m about to hire. Can my first hire use it?
Yes, on their own computer. Export your team once and they import the same bots, skills and routines; logins never travel with it. Shared, always-on workspaces come with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.
