Keep the AI plan you have. The team is free.

The app is free. Running costs depend on the AI and services you choose: Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a local model or your own API key, paid directly to your provider.

Free and open source. macOS, Windows and Ubuntu. No seat fees, no paid tier.

You stock the shelves. Your team sorts the orders. A farm shop owner arranging eggs behind the counter at sunrise, with his AI team seated on the stools opposite: Ember, his Chief of Staff, with order replies drafted and Beacon drafting the weekend post.

What a working setup costs.

Murage is $0 in every setup. What changes is what you connect.

  • Solo, no extras

Your Claude or ChatGPT plan + Murage $0

Your Chief of Staff and its teams run on the plan you already pay for. Nothing else to buy.

  • Solo with Gmail and voice

Your plan + Flux Router credits

Or your own connected-apps and voice keys instead of credits. Flux credits are prepaid, and you can set a monthly spending limit on your Flux account; calls through Flux stop at it.

  • Five staff

Five free copies + each person’s AI plan

Everyone runs Murage on their own computer. Build a team once and each person imports it.

Flux Router sets its own credit prices. See Flux Router prices

What you pay, and who you pay.

Murage is $0. The AI isn’t. If you already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, your bots run on that plan’s allowance, and a busy team uses it faster. If you don’t, you’ll need an AI plan or key, from $20 a month per person for Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus.

Murage, for you

to what you pay now. Your Claude or ChatGPT plan keeps billing as usual, and a busy team uses its allowance faster.

A year, entry plans, billed monthly, before extra usage

  • Murage · +$0 to what you pay now+$0
  • Lindy · Plus, per person · AI credits included$359.88
  • Grok Bot · included with Cursor Pro, per person · weekly AI allowance included$240
  • Viktor · from, one price for the whole workspace · AI credits included$600
  • Tasklet · Starter, one price for the whole workspace · AI credits included$300

For a team sharing one hosted assistant, a workspace plan like Tasklet (from $25 a month) or Viktor (from $50 a month) can cost less than an AI plan for every person. They’re different things: those credits pay for work inside their product, while a Claude or ChatGPT plan is each person’s own AI, in Murage and everywhere else. Each person signs in to Murage’s engines with their own AI account. Heavier use costs more on all of them. Prices from each product’s own pricing page, billed monthly, checked September 26, 2026.

What else you might pay for.

Optional running costs, only if you use them.

Your AI provider
Model usage, billed by the provider you sign in to or the API key you add. The Murage app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.
Flux Router credits
Flux Router is Ferrox Labs’ optional credit-billed service for AI models, connected apps, voice, images and web search. You pay only for what you use, and your own provider keys or connected-apps key work instead.
Spend limits
Murage shows usage and cost per bot. It doesn’t cap spending per bot yet. For a hard ceiling today, use your provider’s own limit or a Flux Router monthly limit.

Questions about cost.

Is there a catch?

No. The app is free and open source under AGPL-3.0, with no seat fees and no paid tier. We make money from optional services: Flux Router credits today, and Murage Cloud once it opens. You pay your AI provider for model use, as you do now.

Is it free for my whole staff?

Yes. Each person runs their own free copy on their own computer, with their own AI plan or keys. Build a team once, export it, and everyone imports it.

What do Flux credits cost?

Flux Router’s current prices are on fluxrouter.ai. Credits are prepaid, you can set a monthly spending limit, and you only need them if you choose Flux: your own provider keys and connected-apps key work instead.

Can I cap what a bot spends?

Not per bot, yet. A task can make at most 16 hand-offs per turn and 32 in total, but those are coordination limits, not spending caps. If you use Flux Router, you can set a monthly spending limit on your Flux account. On your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, your plan’s allowance is the limit.

What if I don’t pay for Claude or ChatGPT?

Run a local model for free, add an API key, or use Flux Router credits.

Can my company use AGPL software?

Running Murage inside your company is fine under AGPL-3.0. The license’s sharing duty applies if you give a changed version to others or let people use a changed version over a network. If your policy rules out AGPL software, a commercial license is available on request.
