Grant research, donor updates and board reports, drafted for your team.

Grant research, donor updates, board reports and the newsletter. Murage gives a small team, or a founder and a few volunteers, an AI Chief of Staff and specialists for the work behind the work. Your people review everything that goes out.

Where the week goes.

  • Grants take the evenings. Finding the right grant, checking eligibility and rewriting the same sections, one application at a time.

  • Donors deserve better updates. The thank-yous, the impact stories and the campaign updates slip when the program work gets busy.

  • Hand this off first: grant research

“Every Monday, search for open grants for youth literacy programs in Ohio. Rank them by fit and deadline, and draft the standard sections from our program facts. Submit nothing.”

    • 11 found, 6 you qualify for
    • Best fit: a $25,000 youth literacy award, due November 3
    • Standard sections drafted for the top three

Still yours: which grants to apply for, the narrative and the submission.

What your team hands you every week.

The jobs to hand off first. Each one ends with a draft or a question for you.

  • Grant researchFind grants to check for fit and eligibility.“Every Monday, search for open grants for youth literacy programs in Ohio. Rank them by fit and deadline, and draft the standard sections from our program facts. Submit nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Investor updateThe investor update, drafted before Sunday night.“Draft this month’s investor update in the same format as last month. Here are the numbers and my notes. Wins, misses, asks, under 400 words. Don’t send it.”See the job in detail
  • Content draftsA week of posts, drafted in your voice.“Turn this week’s launch notes into three LinkedIn posts, one newsletter and a short blog post. Sound like my last ten posts.”See the job in detail
  • Weekly reportThe Friday update, written before you ask.“Every Friday at 3, draft the weekly update: what shipped, what moved, what is stuck, and what we need. Keep it under 300 words.”See the job in detail

Why this team fits the work.

  • Why it fits this work

    Free means free.

No plan, no seats and no discount form. The app is free for every staff member and volunteer. You pay your AI provider for usage, and Flux Router credits only if you choose Flux; your own keys work instead.

  • Runs the agents you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and more, each bot on the engine that suits its job. Keep the one you use; Murage puts them on one team, you can switch any bot’s engine later, and the app is free.

  • Draft from your program facts

Put “Use only the program facts I supply. Flag anything missing” in your House Rules. Every bot reads those rules first. Check each draft against your program records before it goes out.

  • New bots ask first

New bots start on Ask. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Replies in an existing conversation go ahead on Auto and Full access. No limits turns the stop line off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about: shell commands and file edits.

Questions about Murage for nonprofits.

Is there a nonprofit discount?+

There is nothing to discount. Murage is free and open source (AGPL-3.0). Your costs are your AI provider’s usage, plus Flux Router credits if you choose Flux, Ferrox Labs’ optional credit-billed service for models, apps, voice, images and search. Your own keys work instead.

Will it write our grant applications?+

It finds and ranks grants and drafts the standard sections from your facts. Your team chooses what to apply for, writes the narrative and submits it.

Can our staff and volunteers use it?+

Yes, each person on their own computer. Build the team once, export it, and every staff member or volunteer imports the same bots, skills and routines. Logins never travel with it. Each person can message their Chief from Slack, Discord or Telegram, and bots can post drafts to your team’s Slack channels through connected apps, with your approval and up to five labeled accounts per app. Shared, always-on workspaces come with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.
