A human chief of staff or executive assistant does work Murage doesn’t. Here’s where the line sits.
A Chief of Staff’s job is to run the agents, remember the decisions and know what needs your yes. An AI Chief of Staff does that with a team of AI agents: it takes your brief, plans the job, hands out the work, keeps notes on what was decided and brings back the decisions that need you. In Murage it’s called Ember by default, and you can rename it.

The AI you already pay for. Each bot runs on the engine you pick: Claude Code, Codex, Hermes or a local model, among others. OpenClaw is coming. Change a bot’s engine and its name, memory, skills, routines and approvals stay put.
The Murage app is free and open source. Your AI provider bills you as usual. Flux Router is optional and uses credits, for models, connected apps, voice, images and web search; your own keys work instead.
