For customer success teams

Renewal risk and account briefs, ready before the call.

Account reviews, renewal risk, meeting prep and the support queue. A success team reads the signals every week, stays quiet about healthy accounts, and hands your CSMs the move to make on the rest.

Where the week goes.

  • Prep eats the week. Pulling usage, tickets and billing into one picture before every call.

  • The renewal surprise. The champion left in March. You found out at the renewal call in June.

  • The same questions, again. Half the queue is questions your docs already answer.

Hand this off first: renewal watch

“Every Monday at 8, review the accounts renewing in the next 90 days. Tell me only the ones that need me, why, and draft a check-in for each. Send nothing.”

  • 27 accounts renewing
  • 24 look healthy: nothing to do
  • 3 need you: usage down on two, a champion left the third

Still yours: the call, and what you say on it. A first message to a customer stops for you, even on Full access.

What your team hands you every week.

The jobs to hand off first. Each one ends with a draft or a question for you.

  • Renewal watchReview renewal risks before the next call.“Every Monday at 8, review the accounts renewing in the next 90 days. Tell me only the ones that need me, why, and draft a check-in for each. Send nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Meeting prepWalk into every meeting already briefed.“Every weekday at 7, read today’s calendar and give me a one-card brief for each external meeting: who they are, our history, and what I should ask.”See the job in detail
  • Support queueRoutine replies drafted. Urgent tickets brought to you.“Go through the support inbox every morning at 7. Draft answers from our help docs, flag anything angry or urgent, and send nothing.”See how it runs
  • Customer interview synthesisTwenty interviews, and one page of what customers said.“Here are 20 interview transcripts and last month’s support themes. Give me the five things customers keep saying, with quotes, who says them, and what we should change. One page.”See the job in detail

Ready-made teams for this.

Why this team fits the work.

  • Why it fits this work

    Quiet about the healthy accounts.

The weekly renewal review names only the accounts that need a CSM, with the evidence and a drafted check-in, and says nothing about the rest.

  • Runs the agents you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and more, each bot on the engine that suits its job. Keep the one you use; Murage puts them on one team, you can switch any bot’s engine later, and the app is free.

  • Drafts, not sends

Check-ins, replies and QBR outlines are drafted for you. Messaging a customer for the first time stops and asks, even on Full access.

  • It works while your computer is on

Schedules run while Murage is open, and a run up to 12 hours late still happens. Always-on hosting is coming with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.

  • No subscription for the Murage app

Murage is free and open source. Your bots run on the AI plan you already pay for, and a busy team uses its allowance faster. Connected apps and voice use optional Flux Router credits or your own keys.

Questions about Murage for customer success teams.

Is this a replacement for our CS platform?+

No. It reads the data you already have, from connected apps or exports, and does the prep and drafting on top.

Which tools can it read?+

CRMs, sheets and inboxes in the connected-apps catalog, with Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. Helpdesks only if they are in that catalog. Exports always work.

Can the whole CS team use it?+

Yes, each person on their own computer. Build the team once, export it, and every CSM imports the same bots, skills and routines. Logins never travel with it. Each person can message their Chief from Slack, Discord or Telegram, and bots can post drafts to your team’s Slack channels through connected apps, with your approval and up to five labeled accounts per app. Shared, always-on workspaces come with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.

Give your first job to Murage.
