For sales teams

Prospect research and follow-up drafts for every rep.

Prospect research, pipeline review and the follow-ups that slip. Roll it out one rep at a time: build the sales team once, export it, and each rep imports it with their own logins. A first message to any buyer stops for the rep, even on Full access.

A sales rep outside a client office with coffee and phone, while Ember hands her a prospect brief and a follow-up waits for her to send.

Where the week goes.

  • Research before every call. Twenty minutes on LinkedIn and the company site, for every prospect, every day.

  • Deals that go quiet. The follow-up was meant to go out Tuesday. It’s Friday, and the buyer has moved on.

  • Pipeline review by hand. Monday morning spent updating the CRM so the forecast meeting has something to look at.

Hand this off first: pipeline review

“Every Friday at 3, review the open pipeline. Flag stale deals, missing next steps and anything past its close date. Tell me the two calls to make Monday. Change nothing.”

  • 42 open deals checked against your rules
  • 9 stale: no activity in 21 days
  • 6 missing a next step

Still yours: the CRM updates and every call. The review changes nothing on its own.

What your team hands you every week.

The jobs to hand off first. Each one ends with a draft or a question for you.

  • Pipeline reviewFind stale deals and missing next steps before Monday.“Every Friday at 3, review the open pipeline. Flag stale deals, missing next steps and anything past its close date. Tell me the two calls to make Monday. Change nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Follow-upsA drafted follow-up for every lead that went quiet, ready by Friday.“Everyone who asked for a demo last month and went quiet: draft a follow-up for each. Short, sound like me, and send nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Prospect researchKnow the buyer before you ever hit send.“Research these 25 companies. For each one: what they do, what changed lately, why they might need us, and one opening line. Contact nobody.”See the job in detail
  • ProposalsFrom discovery call to proposal before they forget you.“Here are my notes from today’s call with Harbor Dental. Draft the proposal in our usual format with three price options. Don’t send it.”See the job in detail

Ready-made teams for this.

From Murage’s team library. Look inside any team before you import it, then export it once and share it with your staff.

Why this team fits the work.

  • Why it fits this work

Roll it out rep by rep.

Start with one rep. When the team works, export it, and the next rep imports the same bots, skills and routines with their own logins.

  • Runs the agents you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and more, each bot on the engine that suits its job. Keep the one you use; Murage puts them on one team, you can switch any bot’s engine later, and the app is free.

  • The rep sends, not the bot

Follow-ups and outreach are drafted for the rep. Messaging a new prospect stops and asks, even on Full access.

  • No subscription for the Murage app

Murage is free and open source. Your bots run on the AI plan you already pay for, and a busy team uses its allowance faster. Connected apps and voice use optional Flux Router credits or your own keys.

Questions about Murage for sales teams.

Can the whole sales team use it?+

Yes, each person on their own computer. Build the team once, export it, and every rep imports the same bots, skills and routines. Logins never travel with it. Each person can message their Chief from Slack, Discord or Telegram, and bots can post drafts to your team’s Slack channels through connected apps, with your approval and up to five labeled accounts per app. Shared, always-on workspaces come with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.

Does it connect to our CRM?+

HubSpot and other CRMs through connected apps, where they are in the catalog, with Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. A CSV export always works.

Will it email prospects on its own?+

No. New bots start on Ask, and even on Full access a message to someone new stops for the rep. Replies in an existing thread go ahead on Auto and Full access.
