Hand this off first: prospect research
“Research these 25 companies. For each: what they do, what changed lately, who to talk to, and one reason we’re relevant now.”
- Live web search, one card per account.
Prospect research, outbound drafts, follow-ups, pipeline review and meeting prep. A Murage sales team does the reading and the first drafts, and a message to anyone new waits for the rep, even on Full access.
Free and open source. macOS, Windows and Ubuntu.
An example view. The teams are real, from the library. None of them is running yet.
Teams

Research before every email. A good first message takes twenty minutes of reading. Nobody has twenty minutes per prospect.
Deals that go quiet. The demo went well. Then nobody followed up.
CRM hygiene. Stale stages, missing next steps and a forecast built on hope.

Each job starts with one sentence to your Chief of Staff, and ends with a draft or a question for you.
Messaging anyone new stops for approval. “Allow for this task” covers one recipient until the task ends.
“For the top ten accounts from that list, draft a first email and two follow-ups, each built on the reason we’re relevant. Don’t send.”
Drafts from your notes or connected inbox and CRM.
“Everyone who had a demo last month and went quiet: draft a short follow-up that mentions what they cared about.”
Reads your CRM through connected apps or an export. It proposes updates; you make them.
“Every Friday at 3, review the open pipeline. Flag stale deals, missing next steps and deals whose close date has passed.”
It prepares you. It doesn’t join the call.
“Before each external meeting, give me a one-card brief: who they are, our history, what they probably want, and the question to open with.”
Why it fits this work
Approve a new recipient once with Allow for this task, and the rest of that task’s messages to them go ahead. Everyone else new still stops for the rep.
Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and more, each bot on the engine that suits its job. Keep the one you use; Murage puts them on one team, and you can switch any bot’s engine later.
The Murage app is free. Your team runs on the AI plan you already pay for, and a busy team uses its allowance faster. Connected apps and voice use optional Flux Router credits or your own keys.
Your Chief of Staff hands each part of the job to a specialist, can run it on a schedule, and gives you the draft.
New bots start on Ask. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Replies in an existing conversation go ahead on Auto and Full access. No limits turns the stop line off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about: shell commands and file edits.
From Murage’s library. Look inside any team before you import it.
It researches prospects, drafts outbound and follow-ups, reviews the pipeline and preps each meeting. Reps approve every new message and keep the conversations.
Not without you. A message to anyone new stops and asks, even on Full access. Only the No limits setting turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about: shell commands and file edits.
CRMs in the connected-apps catalog connect through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. Exports work if yours isn’t listed.
No. It preps you before the call and works from your notes or transcript afterwards.
Yes, each person on their own computer. Build the team once, export it, and everyone on your team imports the same bots, skills and routines. Logins never travel with it. Each person’s Chief reaches them in Slack, Discord or Telegram, and bots can post drafts to your team’s Slack channels through connected apps, with your approval and up to five labeled accounts per app. Shared, always-on workspaces come with Murage Cloud, which isn’t open yet.
We build your first team with you, connect your tools and write your House Rules. Tell us what you need and we’ll quote before anything is booked.
Start with one job this week: prospect research.
Download the free app, connect the AI you already pay for, and tell your Chief of Staff what needs doing. Plan on about ten minutes from install to a working team.
