Coach the client. The team preps and drafts around the session.

Session prep, recap emails, proposals, follow-ups and the content that keeps your calendar full. Murage gives you a Chief of Staff and a team that drafts it, with a separate project for every client.

A silver-haired coach in a rust scarf sits in a wooden armchair in a plant-filled sunroom, writing in a notebook on her knee after a client session, a dog asleep nearby.

Where the week goes.

  • Admin eats the paid hours. Recaps, proposals and scheduling. Necessary, unpaid, and always after hours.

  • Feast or famine. When you’re delivering, nobody is selling. When the engagement ends, the pipeline is empty.

  • Content you never post. You know what to say. You just never have the hour to write it.

Hand this off first: session recaps

“Here are my notes from today’s session with Dana. Draft the recap email: what we covered, what she committed to, and her homework. Warm and short.”

  • It works from your notes or a transcript you add. You send the recap.

More jobs to hand off.

Each job starts with one sentence to your Chief of Staff, and ends with a draft or a question for you.

  • Prep before every client

Each client lives in their own project, so their history stays separate.

“Before each client session this week, give me a one-card brief from their project: last session’s commitments, what they said they’d try, and one question to open with.”

  • Proposals from discovery notes

House Rules tell every bot never to promise prices or deals in your name.

“Here are my notes from the discovery call with Northwind. Draft the proposal in my template: their problem in their words, three options, scope and timeline. Leave the prices blank for me.”

  • Discovery-call follow-ups

Drafts only. Each message waits for your approval.

“Everyone who had a discovery call in the last 30 days and didn’t book: draft a short follow-up that mentions what they told me.”

  • Content from real work

It drafts from past posts you point it at. Posting publicly stops for you.

“Turn this week’s three client breakthroughs, with names and details removed, into two LinkedIn posts and one newsletter in my voice.”

  • ProposalsFrom discovery call to proposal the same day.“Here are my notes from the discovery call with Northwind. Draft the proposal in my usual format: their problem in their words, three package options and a timeline. Leave the prices for me.”See the job in detail
  • Follow-upsA drafted follow-up for every discovery call.“Everyone who had a discovery call in the last 30 days and didn’t book: draft a short follow-up that mentions what they told me. Sound like me, and send nothing.”See the job in detail

Why this team fits the work.

  • Why it fits this work

    A project per client.

Give each client its own project with its own files, goal and team, so the work stays organized. Choose which bots, memories and connected accounts each project uses.

  • Runs the agents you already pay for.

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and more, each bot on the engine that suits its job. Keep the one you use; Murage puts them on one team, and you can switch any bot’s engine later.

  • Free, on the plan you already have.

The Murage app is free. Your team runs on the AI plan you already pay for, and a busy team uses its allowance faster. Connected apps and voice use optional Flux Router credits or your own keys.

  • A team that splits the job and brings back each part.

Your Chief of Staff hands each part of the job to a specialist, can run it on a schedule, and gives you the draft.

  • You hold the stop line.

New bots start on Ask. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Replies in an existing conversation go ahead on Auto and Full access. No limits turns the stop line off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about: shell commands and file edits.

Questions about AI for coaches and consultants.

How can AI help a coach or consultant?+

It drafts the work around the sessions: prep briefs, recap emails, proposals, follow-ups and content. You keep the coaching and the judgment.

Does it join my coaching calls?+

No. It preps you before the session and works from your notes or a transcript afterwards.

Can I keep each client separate?+

Yes. Give each client its own project with its own files, goal and team, so the work stays organized. Choose which bots, memories and connected accounts each project uses.

Can I talk to it instead of typing?+

Yes. Call your own bots and plan out loud, and the call leaves a note in the chat. Voice uses Flux Router credits or your own keys (OpenAI, xAI, Groq, OpenRouter or ElevenLabs). Mac and Windows also have free built-in system voices. A Claude or ChatGPT subscription doesn’t cover voice.

How much does AI for coaches and consultants cost with Murage?+

Murage is free and open source, and your agents run on the AI plan you already pay for. Connected apps like Gmail use Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key.
