An AI team that works in Freshdesk for you.

Your bots work through your Freshdesk tickets and solution articles and draft answers. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act in Freshdesk, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

What your bots can do in Freshdesk.

  • Search and read tickets and conversations
  • Search solution articles
  • Add a note to a ticket or update it
  • Reply to a ticket (asks first)

“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Try this on day one: open tickets answered from your articles

“Draft Freshdesk replies to open tickets using our help articles, and flag any we can't answer.”

  • Open tickets matched to your help articles
  • A drafted reply for each one it can answer
  • The ones your articles don’t cover, flagged for you

Jobs your team does with Freshdesk.

  • Support queueRoutine replies drafted. Urgent tickets brought to you.“Go through the support inbox every morning at 7. Draft answers from our help docs, flag anything angry or urgent, and send nothing.”See how it runs

  • Reply DeskSort the queue, prepare replies in your voice, and flag promising sales conversations for follow-up.

How to connect it.

  1. 1

    Download Murage

Free for Mac, Windows and Ubuntu. Pick the AI you already use; if it needs installing, Murage opens a one-line command for you.

  2. 2

    Connect Freshdesk

Open connected apps and sign in to Freshdesk once. It runs through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key.

  3. 3

    Give a brief

Tell your Chief of Staff what to do with Freshdesk. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Where Murage fits next to Freddy AI and Zapier.

  • What a team adds here

Your team drafts from your own help articles and flags what they don’t cover, so the queue and the docs improve together.

  • Works across your apps

One brief can pull from Freshdesk, your calendar, your CRM and the web. Freddy AI is built for Freshdesk.

  • Keeps notes on your business

Your bots keep notes on your customers, your tone and how you like things done, stored on your computer where you can open and edit them.

  • Runs on the AI you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a model key or a local model. The Murage app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.

Where they win: Freddy AI is right there inside Freshdesk, with nothing to set up. Zapier runs in the cloud whether your computer is on or not, while Murage runs while your computer is on. Use Freddy AI or Zapier for quick one-offs and fixed recipes, and Murage for the work that needs judgment.

Already have Zaps? Your bots can run them. Add the Zapier MCP server and your bots use your Zaps as tools, and a Zap can start a Murage task through a local webhook (senders in the cloud need a tunnel to reach your computer).

Questions about Murage and Freshdesk.

Can Murage connect to Freshdesk?+

Yes. Sign in to Freshdesk once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can search and read tickets and conversations.

Will it change or send anything in Freshdesk without asking?+

Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in Freshdesk. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.

How is this different from Freddy AI?+

Freddy AI helps inside Freshdesk. Murage gives you a team that works across Freshdesk and your other apps, keeps notes on your business, and runs on the AI you already pay for.

What does it cost?+

The Murage app is free. Freshdesk connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
