“Read this supplier agreement. Map the clauses on payment, liability, termination, IP and renewal. Quote each clause and mark anything unusual for me to review. This is a first read, not advice.”
Give the team the agreement and ask for a clause map. Each row quotes the clause, points to the page it came from, and asks the question a lawyer should answer. It flags; the analysis and advice stay with the lawyer.

Why it fits this work
