An AI team that works in LiveChat for you.
Your bots read customer chats and your agents and groups, and update them with your approval. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act in LiveChat, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.
LiveChat connects through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. You sign in to LiveChat yourself.

Next step: update agents and groups in LiveChat. Go ahead?
What your bots can do in LiveChat.
- Read customer chats and their threads
- List agents and groups
- Read tags and canned responses
- Update agents and groups (asks first)
- Add or update canned responses (asks first)
“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Tips for good results in LiveChat.
- Name the date range, because chat history gets long quickly.
- Ask for themes and counts, because they show what to fix on your site.
- Approve any agent or group change, because it changes who sees what.
- Keep customer details in LiveChat, because summaries are easier to share without names.

What a Murage team adds in LiveChat.
What a team adds here
Your team reads the chats first, then picks out unanswered questions and common topics. You get a short list of what to reply to and what keeps coming up.
Works across your apps
One brief can pull from LiveChat, your calendar, your CRM and the web, then hand you one answer.
Keeps notes on your business
Your bots keep notes on your customers, your tone and how you like things done, stored on your computer where you can open and edit them.
Runs on the AI you already pay for
Fuigo (built in), Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a model key or a local model. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
Questions about Murage and LiveChat.
Can it reply to customers?
No, your bot reads chats and does not answer for you. It can draft replies as text for you to paste.
Can it close or transfer a chat?
No, it reads chats only. It can list the chats that need attention so your agents can handle them.
Can it create canned responses?
Yes, after asking you.
Can Murage connect to LiveChat?
Yes. Sign in to LiveChat once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can read customer chats and their threads.
Will it change or send anything in LiveChat without asking?
Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in LiveChat. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.
What does it cost?
LiveChat connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
