An AI team that works in HubSpot for you.

Your bots search contacts, deals and tickets in HubSpot and keep the pipeline honest. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act in HubSpot, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Free app. HubSpot connects through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. You sign in to HubSpot yourself.

Murage · HubSpot

Find HubSpot deals that have not moved in 30 days and tell me why each one stalled.

What your bots can do in HubSpot.

  • Search contacts, companies, deals and tickets
  • Read deal activity, notes and tasks
  • Add notes and tasks, and update a deal
  • Draft a marketing email
  • Publish a marketing email or delete a record (asks first)

“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Try this on day one: why deals stalled

“Find HubSpot deals that have not moved in 30 days and tell me why each one stalled.”

  • Every deal with no movement in 30 days
  • The last activity, notes and emails on each
  • A likely reason and a next step per deal, added as a task if you say so

Jobs your team does with HubSpot.

  • Pipeline reviewFind stale deals and missing next steps before Monday.“Every Friday at 3, review the open pipeline. Flag stale deals, missing next steps and anything past its close date. Tell me the two calls to make Monday. Change nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Follow-upsA drafted follow-up for every lead that went quiet, ready by Friday.“Everyone who asked for a demo last month and went quiet: draft a follow-up for each. Short, sound like me, and send nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Renewal watchReview renewal risks before the next call.“Every Monday at 8, review the accounts renewing in the next 90 days. Tell me only the ones that need me, why, and draft a check-in for each. Send nothing.”See the job in detail

Ready-made teams that use HubSpot.

  • Recover Unanswered Sales EmailsReview approved mailbox and CRM data, filter out closed or opted-out conversations, and draft relevant follow-ups without sending them.
  • Sales OrgReview the pipeline, investigate stalled deals, and prepare outbound priorities using buyer research and offer analysis.
  • Sales PipelineInvestigate buyer needs, sales conversations, and offer fit to recommend the next changes.

How to connect it.

  1. 1

    Download Murage

Free for Mac, Windows and Ubuntu. Pick the AI you already use; if it needs installing, Murage opens a one-line command for you.

  2. 2

    Connect HubSpot

Open connected apps and sign in to HubSpot once. It runs through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key.

  3. 3

    Give a brief

Tell your Chief of Staff what to do with HubSpot. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Where Murage fits next to Breeze and Zapier.

  • What a team adds here

Your team reads the deal history before it drafts, so every follow-up mentions what that buyer actually said.

  • Works across your apps

One brief can pull from HubSpot, your calendar, your CRM and the web. Breeze is built for HubSpot.

  • Keeps notes on your business

Your bots keep notes on your customers, your tone and how you like things done, stored on your computer where you can open and edit them.

  • Runs on the AI you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a model key or a local model. The Murage app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.

Where they win: Breeze is right there inside HubSpot, with nothing to set up. Zapier runs in the cloud whether your computer is on or not, while Murage runs while your computer is on. Use Breeze or Zapier for quick one-offs and fixed recipes, and Murage for the work that needs judgment.

Already have Zaps? Your bots can run them. Add the Zapier MCP server and your bots use your Zaps as tools, and a Zap can start a Murage task through a local webhook (senders in the cloud need a tunnel to reach your computer).

Questions about Murage and HubSpot.

Can Murage connect to HubSpot?+

Yes. Sign in to HubSpot once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can search contacts, companies, deals and tickets.

Will it change or send anything in HubSpot without asking?+

Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in HubSpot. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.

How is this different from Breeze?+

Breeze helps inside HubSpot. Murage gives you a team that works across HubSpot and your other apps, keeps notes on your business, and runs on the AI you already pay for.

What does it cost?+

The Murage app is free. HubSpot connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
