An AI team that works in Salesforce for you.

Your bots query Salesforce for accounts, leads and opportunities and prepare your pipeline review. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act in Salesforce, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Free app. Salesforce connects through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. You sign in to Salesforce yourself.

What your bots can do in Salesforce.

  • Search accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities
  • Run SOQL queries and reports
  • Create a lead, a task or a note, and update an opportunity
  • Log a call
  • Send an email or delete a record (asks first)

“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Try this on day one: this quarter’s opportunities, ranked by risk

“Pull every Salesforce opportunity closing this quarter and rank them by risk.”

  • Every opportunity closing this quarter
  • Risk signals from activity, stage age and close date
  • A ranked list with the reason for each, ready for your forecast call

Jobs your team does with Salesforce.

  • Pipeline reviewFind stale deals and missing next steps before Monday.“Every Friday at 3, review the open pipeline. Flag stale deals, missing next steps and anything past its close date. Tell me the two calls to make Monday. Change nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Prospect researchKnow the buyer before you ever hit send.“Research these 25 companies. For each one: what they do, what changed lately, why they might need us, and one opening line. Contact nobody.”See the job in detail

Ready-made teams that use Salesforce.

  • Sales OrgReview the pipeline, investigate stalled deals, and prepare outbound priorities using buyer research and offer analysis.
  • Sales PipelineInvestigate buyer needs, sales conversations, and offer fit to recommend the next changes.

How to connect it.

  1. 1

    Download Murage

Free for Mac, Windows and Ubuntu. Pick the AI you already use; if it needs installing, Murage opens a one-line command for you.

  2. 2

    Connect Salesforce

Open connected apps and sign in to Salesforce once. It runs through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key.

  3. 3

    Give a brief

Tell your Chief of Staff what to do with Salesforce. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Where Murage fits next to Agentforce and Zapier.

  • What a team adds here

Your team reads the deal history before it drafts, so every follow-up mentions what that buyer actually said.

  • Works across your apps

One brief can pull from Salesforce, your calendar, your CRM and the web. Agentforce is built for Salesforce.

  • Keeps notes on your business

Your bots keep notes on your customers, your tone and how you like things done, stored on your computer where you can open and edit them.

  • Runs on the AI you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a model key or a local model. The Murage app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.

Where they win: Agentforce is right there inside Salesforce, with nothing to set up. Zapier runs in the cloud whether your computer is on or not, while Murage runs while your computer is on. Use Agentforce or Zapier for quick one-offs and fixed recipes, and Murage for the work that needs judgment.

Already have Zaps? Your bots can run them. Add the Zapier MCP server and your bots use your Zaps as tools, and a Zap can start a Murage task through a local webhook (senders in the cloud need a tunnel to reach your computer).

Questions about Murage and Salesforce.

Can Murage connect to Salesforce?+

Yes. Sign in to Salesforce once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can search accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities.

Will it change or send anything in Salesforce without asking?+

Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in Salesforce. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.

How is this different from Agentforce?+

Agentforce helps inside Salesforce. Murage gives you a team that works across Salesforce and your other apps, keeps notes on your business, and runs on the AI you already pay for.

What does it cost?+

The Murage app is free. Salesforce connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
