Plug Murage into your real inbox and calendar. Ember checks your dates, uses your prices and writes the replies as drafts. Nothing is sent until you say so.
Three enquiries overnight. Three replies already drafted in Maya's Gmail. Dates checked. Nothing sent. Welcome back! Last time, Maya got Murage running and built her AI team. Today, we plug Murage into her real Gmail and Google Calendar. So when new wedding enquiries land, Ember can check the dates, use the right prices, and have the replies ready. And nothing gets sent until Maya says so. Let's go. Step one: connect your apps. Everything lives under Apps. We've already connected Maya's Gmail and her Google Calendar. One sign-in each, and they show as active. And it's not just Google. Hit Browse all, and there are over sixteen hundred apps. Looking for one? Just search. Instagram. There it is. To connect one, click Add account and give it a name, like bookings. Then pick your Google account and allow access. That's the whole job. Maya's already connected, so we'll close this one. Step two: ask Ember. Maya types one plain request. Check Gmail for new wedding enquiries, check each date against the calendar, and write the replies as Gmail drafts. Drafts only. Ember says what it will do, and gets to work. And done. Ember found three enquiries, and checked every date against Maya's real calendar. Sam wants the fifth of June. That's already booked, so Ember declines kindly and offers other dates. Aisha's September date is free, so she gets a quote that fits a small wedding. Tom's October date is on hold for a returning client. Ember says so honestly, and offers a waiting list. And the fourth email, a venue newsletter, it simply leaves alone. Step three: check the drafts. This is Maya's actual Gmail. See the red word Draft next to each enquiry? Three drafts, ready and waiting. Open one, and there's Ember's reply, right under Sam's email, in Maya's voice. Maya can tweak it and press send herself. Or she can simply tell Ember to send it. And here's the bonus. Ember can send, too. Maya likes Sam's reply, so she just says: go ahead and send that one, and keep the other two as drafts. Sent. And the other two drafts stay put, untouched. And there it is, in Maya's Sent folder. Drafts first. Then, when you're confident, let Ember send. No copying, no pasting, no digging through your drafts. And that's it. Connect your apps once. Ask in plain words. Ember does the legwork: the inbox, the calendar, the prices. Start with drafts, and when you're happy, just tell Ember to send. You stay in charge. There are over sixteen hundred apps waiting. Which one will you connect first? Whatever you sell, your inbox and calendar can work like this, and you keep the final say. Connect one app tonight.
