Write one request, pick a time, and Ember does it on its own. Set up a morning briefing that sorts the inbox and plans the day before you have had your coffee.
It's seven thirty, and Maya's briefing is already waiting. Inbox read, a reply drafted, the day planned. Here's my favourite part. Ember doesn't have to wait for you to ask. Today, Maya sets up a morning briefing that runs every weekday at seven thirty. So by the time she's had her first coffee, the inbox is sorted, the day is planned, and new enquiries already have replies waiting. Let's set it up. Step one: create a routine. Routines live right here in the sidebar. It's a weekly calendar. Any bot, any time. Maya wants her briefing at seven thirty, so she clicks that slot. Give it a name: Morning briefing. Set it to repeat every weekday. Pick who does it. Ember, the chief of staff. Then say what you want, in plain words. New emails since yesterday, today's calendar and the week ahead, and for any new enquiry, check the date and save a reply as a Gmail draft. And one firm rule: don't send anything. Save. And it's on the calendar. Every weekday, seven thirty, Ember. Step two: run it now. Click the routine, and there's everything Maya just set. Run now starts it straight away. Ember gets to work. A few minutes in, the routine says Needs you. Ember hit something new, and it wants a yes before it carries on. Maya opens the task to see what it's asking. And allows it for this routine. Ember picks up where it left off. Step three: the next morning. At seven thirty the routine ran on its own, and the briefing is waiting in Ember. Up top, what needs Maya. Chris Park's reply is drafted in Gmail, waiting for her review. And Jenna is still waiting to hear about her gallery. Then today: the consult call with Priya and Dan at two. And the week ahead: Saturday's engagement shoot at Riverside Park. Otherwise, the calendar's clear. And at the bottom, what Ember already handled. Nothing new today, because Chris's draft was saved in the earlier run. One request, written once. Every weekday, this is waiting before Maya's had her coffee. That's a routine. Pick a time, pick a bot, and say what you want in plain words. The first time, Ember may ask before doing something new. Say yes once, and from then on, it just runs. Set one up tonight, and see what's waiting for you in the morning. Whatever your business, a routine does the morning's work before you sit down. Write one tonight, in plain words.
