Install Murage, meet Ember, your Chief of Staff, give it something to think with, and hand it a real pile of work. By the end you have three drafted replies waiting for your yes.
Saturday. Eleven forty-eight p.m. Maya has just photographed a ten-hour wedding, two hundred guests, and one flower girl who bit the ring bearer. She's done. Her phone isn't. Three new enquiries. Two want prices tonight. And one is the bride's mother, who'd like to book soon. Hi, I'm Jessica. If you run a business on your own, you know that phone. Here's the plan. In about six minutes, we'll install Murage, meet Ember, your Chief of Staff, give it something to think with, and hand it Maya's actual pile: three quotes, checked against her real prices and her real calendar. Maya shoots weddings. You might coach, or consult, or run a shop. Same steps, your files. Everything we use is in the starter kit below the video. Pause whenever you like, and do it with me. Step one: install. Download Murage, free, from murage dot A I, and open it. On a Mac, drag it into Applications first. If a feature ever needs your microphone, your Mac asks, and you decide. Ember, your Chief of Staff, says hello. Type your name, and choose Continue. Step two: give it a brain. Murage comes with its own engine, called Fuigo. It just needs something to think with. The easy route is Flux Router: one key for the latest models, web search, and your apps. Choose Connect Flux Router, and sign up for a key. Paste it in. Watch: it's hidden as you paste. Connected. Your key is locked away on this computer. No bot ever sees it. Step three. Ember asks what it can take off your plate. Maya picks Help me run my business. Ember sets up a small crew: a Business Planner and a Draft Partner, plus a Monday review that arrives switched off. Nothing runs behind your back. One tip: right-click Draft Partner, and make it Team leader. Now Ember can hand work to the team. Quick tour. Needs you is where your bots ask before doing anything that matters. Routines, Files and Apps sit right here. And Map shows your whole team: Ember at the top, the crew underneath, and every handoff, live. Now, Settings. Under Models, Flux Router is connected. It runs on credits, so set your balance and auto top-up in your Flux account. Already pay for ChatGPT or Grok? Sign in, and use that plan instead. Engines shows what's installed, with a guide for adding more, like Claude Code or Codex. Your work, your choice of AI. Step four: the real work. Maya clicks the paperclip, and adds three files: her prices, her booked dates, and this week's enquiries. Open the folder, select all three, and choose Open. Then she says what done looks like: a reply for each couple, in her voice, nothing sent. Ember reads all three files, checks every date, and works out each quote. We'll skip ahead. Ember asks before it uses an app. Maya hasn't connected her calendar, so she chooses Deny, and Ember works from the file instead. Your version is the same shape. Swap her prices for your rate card, and her enquiries for your inbox. Step five: check the work. Like a boss, not a fan. First, Ember says exactly what it used. Priya's budget is forty-five hundred, so it suggests Classic plus an album: forty-one hundred. And the vineyard is inside the free travel radius. Jordan's October dates are checked, and the drone question goes to Maya's partner. Elena's quote adds up, deposit included. Want it warmer? Just say so. Maya asks the team to make all three warmer and shorter. While the team works, you can carry on. Nothing waits on you until someone asks. Ember asks once to see the crew, and she chooses Always allow. Then Ember hands the job to Draft Partner, with the full brief. Watch the Map: Ember to Draft Partner, running. One bot working. One waiting on you. Draft Partner asks before saving a file. Maya allows it, once. Draft Partner rewrites all three, and keeps every price and date exactly right. And the polished replies come straight back to Ember, saved in Files, ready to paste into her own email. Nothing was sent. Ember prepares. You decide. That's the whole thing. Install. Say hello. Give it a brain. Tell it what you need. Check its work. Six minutes, and Saturday night's pile is three drafts, waiting for a yes. Your turn. Open Murage, and tell Ember three things: what you do, who you do it for, and the one job you'd love off your plate this week. Then go to bed. I'm Jessica, from Murage. See you in the next one.
