An AI team that works in Outlook for you.

Your bots work through your Outlook mail and calendar, drafting replies and finding meeting times. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act in Outlook, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Free app. Outlook connects through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key. You sign in to Outlook yourself.

Murage · Outlook

Check my Outlook for anything from the board this week and draft short replies.

What your bots can do in Outlook.

  • Search and read messages
  • Draft replies, reply-alls and forwards
  • Read your calendar and find meeting times that work
  • Send an email or a draft (asks first)
  • Accept or decline a meeting invite (asks first)

“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Try this on day one: board mail, answered in draft

“Check my Outlook for anything from the board this week and draft short replies.”

  • Every message from the board this week, in one list
  • A short reply drafted for each, in your Outlook drafts
  • Anything that needs a meeting, with times that work in your calendar

Jobs your team does with Outlook.

  • Inbox triageOpen your inbox to drafts, not a pile.“Go through my inbox before I get in. Draft replies in my voice. Send nothing.”See how it runs
  • Follow-upsA drafted follow-up for every lead that went quiet, ready by Friday.“Everyone who asked for a demo last month and went quiet: draft a follow-up for each. Short, sound like me, and send nothing.”See the job in detail
  • Meeting prepWalk into every meeting already briefed.“Every weekday at 7, read today’s calendar and give me a one-card brief for each external meeting: who they are, our history, and what I should ask.”See the job in detail

Ready-made teams that use Outlook.

  • Recover Unanswered Sales EmailsReview approved mailbox and CRM data, filter out closed or opted-out conversations, and draft relevant follow-ups without sending them.
  • Reply DeskSort the queue, prepare replies in your voice, and flag promising sales conversations for follow-up.

How to connect it.

  1. 1

    Download Murage

Free for Mac, Windows and Ubuntu. Pick the AI you already use; if it needs installing, Murage opens a one-line command for you.

  2. 2

    Connect Outlook

Open connected apps and sign in to Outlook once. It runs through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key.

  3. 3

    Give a brief

Tell your Chief of Staff what to do with Outlook. New bots start on Ask, so they check with you before they act, except on Hermes and other ACP engines.

Where Murage fits next to Copilot and Zapier.

  • What a team adds here

Your Chief of Staff can put a team on the inbox and the calendar: draft replies, find meeting times and flag the threads that need you. Start with “Draft replies. Send nothing.” and check each draft before you send it.

  • Works across your apps

One brief can pull from Outlook, your calendar, your CRM and the web. Copilot is built for Outlook and Microsoft’s other apps.

  • Keeps notes on your business

Your bots keep notes on your customers, your tone and how you like things done, stored on your computer where you can open and edit them.

  • Runs on the AI you already pay for

Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, a model key or a local model. The Murage app is free; your AI provider bills you as usual.

Where they win: Copilot is right there inside Outlook, with nothing to set up. Zapier runs in the cloud whether your computer is on or not, while Murage runs while your computer is on. Use Copilot or Zapier for quick one-offs and fixed recipes, and Murage for the work that needs judgment.

Already have Zaps? Your bots can run them. Add the Zapier MCP server and your bots use your Zaps as tools, and a Zap can start a Murage task through a local webhook (senders in the cloud need a tunnel to reach your computer).

Questions about Murage and Outlook.

Can Murage connect to Outlook?+

Yes. Sign in to Outlook once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can search and read messages.

Will it change or send anything in Outlook without asking?+

Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in Outlook. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.

How is this different from Copilot?+

Copilot helps inside Outlook. Murage gives you a team that works across Outlook and your other apps, keeps notes on your business, and runs on the AI you already pay for.

What does it cost?+

The Murage app is free. Outlook connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
