What your bots can do in Nutshell.
- Read leads, contacts and accounts
- Read notes, activities and tasks
- Review pipeline stages and reports
- Add notes (asks first)
- Create leads or contacts (asks first)
“Asks first” means the bot checks with you before it does that, on Ask, the mode every new bot starts in. You can give a bot more freedom later. On Full access, a bot stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools, so these actions don’t ask first there.

Tips for good results in Nutshell.
- Name the lead, stage or owner you mean, because it keeps the search narrow.
- Check the last activity date on anything flagged as quiet, since a call outside Nutshell will not show.
- Approve notes and new records one at a time so your history stays clean.
- Start with one pipeline before asking about the whole account.

Questions about Murage and Nutshell.
Can it send emails to my leads?
No. Your bots can draft an email in Gmail for you to send yourself.
Can it delete leads or contacts?
Yes, but it asks first. Your bots can list suspected duplicates in a Google Sheet so you decide.
Can it read my invoices and quotes?
Nutshell lists invoices and quotes, and your bots can read them as part of a summary.
Can Murage connect to Nutshell?
Yes. Sign in to Nutshell once inside Murage, through Flux Router credits or your own connected-apps key, and your bots can read leads, contacts and accounts.
Will it change or send anything in Nutshell without asking?
Not while it’s on Ask, where every new bot starts: it checks with you before it acts in Nutshell. On Auto or Full access, replies in an existing conversation and routine edits go ahead, but a bot still stops before messaging anyone new, posting publicly, paying, or deleting outside its folder, unless you have allowed it for that task. Only No limits turns that off. On Hermes and other ACP engines, Ask and the stop line cover only what the engine asks Murage about, and Hermes doesn’t ask before connected-app tools.
What does it cost?
Nutshell connects through Flux Router credits, or your own connected-apps key if you have one. Your AI provider bills you as usual.
