Chapters

Every bot works on one deal: it asks, you decide. See the approval card, learn how to say no, find where every yes is kept, and decide how much trust to hand over as a bot earns it.

What you'll learn

  • Read an approval card and choose Allow once while you are learning a bot
  • Say no with Deny and see the bot stop
  • Know that sending is always its own ask
  • Find every Always allow in Bot settings, Permissions, and remove it any time
  • Start new bots on Ask, and hand over Auto or Full access only once it is earned
  • Know the hard stops that always ask: deleting outside its folder, paying, messaging someone new, and your keys

Your AI wants to email a client. In your name. One click. Deny. Still a draft. Nothing sent. Murage runs on the AI you already pay for. What it adds is your yes. Every bot works on one deal: it asks, you decide. Today, Maya shows you the card, how to say no, where every yes is kept, and how a bot earns more trust. Let's look. Step one: the card. A new task, and a real enquiry. Check the calendar and booked dates, and save a reply as a draft. Draft only. Send. Here's the ask: read her calendar, save a draft. Plain words, and nothing happens until she says so. Allow once: this time only. Deny means no. Cancel turn stops the whole turn. She's still getting to know this bot, so: Allow once. Whatever your business, the first week is Allow once. The date's free, the draft is saved, and nothing has left her inbox. Step two: say no. Maya tells Ember to send it, on purpose. It stops. Sending is its own ask, and it waits on her. Not today. Deny. Ember stops. The draft stays unsent, still in her drafts, and nothing changed on Priya's end. Step three: a yes that stays put. Remember episode three's morning routine? It hit something new, and asked. Always allow for this routine. That yes belongs to the routine only. Your chats don't inherit it. Every Always allow you give is written down. Click the bot, Bot settings, Permissions. Here's one, written down where you can see it. Changed your mind? Remove. Taken back, straight away. Step four: trust you hand over as it's earned. New bots start on Ask, and so does Ember. When a bot has done the same job right, again and again, Auto lets it get on with it. Full access saves clicks for a bot that only drafts and files, or a routine you trust. Murage tells you exactly what changes first. Turn it on, and it stops asking about everyday things. It still stops before deleting outside its folder, paying, messaging someone new, or reading your keys. Ember hasn't earned that yet. One click: back on Ask. Every ask lands in one place: Needs you, at the top. The Inbox, in its own words: nothing here moves until you say. Approvals: the cards waiting on her. Nothing sent, nothing done. Answer here, or in the chat. That's approvals. Allow once while you're learning a bot. Deny, and it stops. Every Always allow is listed, so you can take it back. Start on Ask, and hand over more as it's earned. It still stops before the things that matter. And every ask waits in one Inbox. Whatever your business: your bots ask, you decide, and nothing goes out without your yes. Start on Ask. Download it free at murage.ai.
