Murage 1.0 is here.
It's a team of AI bots that works on your own computer, led by Ember, your Chief of Staff. Ember plans the work, hands it to the right bot and reports back. Your bots run projects with goals and a board, remember what matters, browse in your own Chrome, take your calls and talk to the apps you already use. And you stay in charge the whole time, from your desk or from your phone.
This is the biggest release we've ever shipped. Here's what's in it.
The headlines
Projects that actually get done. Give a project a purpose, a lead and a goal. The lead turns it into a plan, splits the work into cards on a board and hands them out. You sign off when it's finished.
Murage in your pocket. Pair your phone, answer approvals from the lock screen, call your bots and run your projects from anywhere.
Murage for Chrome, arriving in the Chrome Web Store. Your bots can work in your own signed-in browser, in the tabs you share, and they ask before anything is sent.
Bots that learn from you. Correct a bot once and it keeps the lesson. Every lesson shows up where you can see it, edit it or undo it.
Add any tool by pasting a link. Paste the link a service gives you and Murage works out the rest, sign-in included.
Calls that feel like a conversation. Bots answer sooner, wait while you pause to think, and say "One sec" when they need a moment.
Projects
A channel is a place to talk. A project is a place to get something done.
Press + and choose New Project. Give it a purpose, pick the bots, choose a lead, and add a deadline, a work folder, a goal and a budget if you want them. Or skip the form-filling: press "Ask Ember to propose" and your Chief of Staff drafts the brief and the budget for you to edit.
A lead that plans. The lead turns your goal into a plan, hands out cards and reports to you. Choose "Show me the plan first" and nothing starts until you approve it.
A real board. Cards have an owner, a state, a due date and a work folder. Drag them between columns, make your own columns, filter by bot or by what needs you, or take a card over yourself. Several cards can run at once.
Done means done. A goal has done criteria. When the work is finished it waits for your sign-off, and you can Sign off or Send back. Turn on "Another member reviews each card" for a second pair of eyes.
Every tab you need. Chat, Board, Overview, Files, Memory and Activity. Overview shows how it's going and who's on it. Activity can post a daily digest in the chat and in your Inbox. Come back after a day away and "Since you left" tells you what moved.
Budgets you set. Give a project a limit in minutes and tokens. Murage stops starting new work at your limit and lets running turns finish.
A proper ending. Close project asks the lead for a summary and the members for what they learned, then pauses its routines. Reopen it any time.
Bots from different teams, one job. Members of a project can ask each other for project work, whatever team they're on.
Murage on your phone
The Murage phone app. Pair once with a scan from Settings → Phone and other devices and your phone reaches the Murage on your computer. Tailscale is the recommended way in, and it works from anywhere. The iPhone app is in App Store review now and is coming to the App Store.
Approve from the lock screen. When a bot needs your OK, your phone tells you. A low-risk step can be allowed right from the notification. Anything bigger asks for Face ID, Touch ID, your passcode or your Android phone's fingerprint or screen lock first, and the answer is tied to exactly what the card showed. Lock-screen text is generic by default, and you can choose to show more for each phone.
Your whole workspace, in your hand. Read and answer conversations, work through the Inbox, run a routine now, make a new bot and watch a bot's browser. Open a project, edit its brief, move cards and pause the work.
It knows where you are. When you're using your computer, alerts stay there. Step away and they come to your phone.
Calls on the go. iPhone calls use the phone's own call audio, and Murage tells you when a call pauses.
You control the doors. Paired devices lists every phone with when it was last seen, and one tap revokes a lost one. Keys and credentials never go to the phone, and only the desktop can turn on Full access.
Murage for Chrome
Murage for Chrome is arriving in the Chrome Web Store.
Your bots, in your own browser. Murage for Chrome works in Chrome, Edge and Brave on Mac, Windows and Linux, signed in as you, in the tabs you choose to share.
It asks before it sends. Reading and scrolling go ahead. Sending, posting, submitting and deleting ask you every time.
Human-only steps come to you. Passwords, codes, card details, cookie choices and "prove you're human" checks get handed back with a "Your turn" card. The bot waits, and carries on when you press Continue.
Banking, payment, health and password pages stay yours. They ask before every step, or are handed to you entirely.
You can always see it working. A named tab group, a glow at the page edge and a small bar with Pause and Stop show when a bot is driving. Click in that tab and the bot pauses. Stop works even with Murage closed.
A record of what happened. The activity log shows what each bot did and where. Never what you typed.
Bots that work together
Can talk to. Choose who each bot may contact in Bot settings → Permissions: My team, Everyone, or Pick bots.
Share a bot with other teams. Your best researcher can now work for three teams and keep its home team. One job for each team at a time.
See the conversation between bots. When one bot contacts another, the exchange lands in its own bot-to-bot channel. Read it, and chip in whenever you like.
Rooms that never drop a message. A busy bot gets queued instead of skipped, your messages to a room are held until they're answered, and a result wakes the bot that asked for it. Every bot turn says what it's answering.
See the helpers. When a bot hands parts of a job to its own helpers, a quiet line shows them working on any engine, then folds into "Worked for" when it's done.
Memory and learning
Bots learn from your feedback. Say "keep client emails under 120 words" in a chat, edit a reply, or mark one, and the bot keeps a short lesson for next time. Lessons go into the bot's instructions, so they work on every engine.
You see everything it keeps. A small chip under the reply says what was kept, like "Ember will do this differently: lead with the decision". Tap it to Edit, Forget, Undo or say Not quite.
A Learning screen for every bot. Bot settings → Learning shows what it learned, what it remembers and a "Tell it something" box for when you'd rather just say it.
Mark wins and losses. Mark a reply won or lost, good or bad. When a conversation looks finished, the bot may ask "Looks like this closed. Won?".
Bigger changes wait for you. Anything beyond a simple style lesson arrives as a suggestion in your Inbox, with why it was suggested. Apply, Edit or Not now. Permissions never change through learning.
Memory that follows the work. Each project has its own memory. A bot's direct chat knows what it has been working on in its projects, and recall now runs both ways between a bot's own chats and your owner-only rooms.
Engines and models
Fuigo 1.0.22. Send a message while a bot is working and it steers the running turn. A message is never sent twice, and one that didn't land is shown plainly.
Use the plan you already pay for. Sign in with your ChatGPT plan, or your Grok plan (an unofficial sign-in), under Settings → Models and your bots can use the models that come with it.
Claude and Codex answer faster. Murage keeps the engine ready between turns, so your follow-ups start sooner. It watches free memory, so a smaller machine stays responsive.
Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 are in the model list, and Requesty is a named model connection.
Switch with your eyes open. Changing a bot's engine now says what the switch gains and what it gives up.
Bring your Hermes bots. New bot → Import from Hermes brings your Hermes profiles straight in.
Connected apps and tools
MCP servers by link. Open Connected apps → MCP servers, press Add server and paste a link, a command or a config snippet. Murage works out the type. If it needs a sign-in, you get a "Sign in to..." button; Murage keeps the sign-in and never hands it to a bot. Test tells you in plain words what's wrong if something is.
One key for connected apps. Your Flux Router key unlocks every connected app. Nothing else to find or paste.
Up to 10 accounts per app. Connect several Gmail inboxes or calendars and your bots tell them apart by address.
WhatsApp. Message your Chief of Staff from WhatsApp, next to Telegram, Slack and Discord. Link a number by QR or code, approve the contacts who may chat, and turn on only the groups you choose. A spare number is the best way to use it.
Publish a website. The new Site Builder bot builds a site and puts it online on your Netlify account, after an approval card that lists every file. The bot's settings list every site it published, with Take down.
Skills from a link. Paste a skills.sh link and Murage imports exactly the skill it names.
Calls and voice
Bots answer sooner. The first words of a reply are spoken while the rest is still being written.
It waits while you think. A pause mid-sentence no longer ends your turn, on every call path.
"One sec." When a reply will take a moment, the bot says a short line in its own voice, in all eight languages, so you're never left in silence.
A call screen that feels alive. A glow that follows real voice levels, a clear mood for listening, thinking and speaking, and live captions you can read along with.
Room calls with the whole team. The bot you're talking to answers in its own voice and hands the heavy work to its engine. Interrupt or hang up and the voice stops.
Clean dictation. Dictated text drops the ums, fixes punctuation and handles "no, I meant" corrections. One tap undoes it. It's on by default, per device.
Read aloud. Any bot reply, in a chat or a room, can be read to you. Code is skipped.
Every bot sounds like itself. With Flux, each bot starts with its own Grok voice, and a voice you pick is never changed for you.
Control and trust
Approval cards show what's really happening. The real command, the files touched, how many lines change, and the To and Subject of an email. Long content opens with Show all.
Images follow your access level. Under Full access, bots make images in your own conversations without asking, with a record of each. Change it per bot under Permissions → Images.
Every package is checked before it lands. Bot and team packages you import are scanned first, and anything worth a look is shown with where it is. Official packages say "Signed by Ferrox Labs". Imported bots start at Ask, and their routines arrive paused.
Verified updates on Linux. Updates are checked against Murage's release key before they install.
Everyday polish
A sidebar that gets out of the way. Routines, Files, Apps and the Team map sit in one row. Your name opens About me, What's new and Settings.
Search Settings. Settings is grouped into clear sections, and a search box finds any setting by name.
Snooze until something happens. Snooze a conversation until there's new activity in it.
Murage opens cleanly. The window appears as soon as it can paint and recovers by itself if the graphics driver resets.
Welcome to Murage 1.0.
